I have been in the healthcare staffing field for more than 20 years, so it’s what I know...it’s what I’m passionate about. The highs and lows, the wins and the loses, fuel me. I guess you can say there’s a love/hate relationship there. Not to mention, I'm exceptional at it!  I've been a key contributor to the growth of other staffing firms, so when the opportunity presented itself...here I am!

My husband is from West Africa (Ghana) and we have a beautiful pre-teen who keeps us busy on the soccer field when I'm not in Staffing mode! These two are "my why!"

One thing you can count on for sure is, “I may not always tell you what you want to hear, but I will always tell you the truth”!
